Many insurance plans in Ontario cover counselling or psychotherapy services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am registered in Ontario. To be sure, please check with your benefits provider to confirm that my services are covered under your plan.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a main approach I use in my practice. EFT is an evidence-based therapy used with individuals, couples, and families.

Absolutely. While relationships are a core focus of my work, I also support individuals with a wide range of personal challenges—such as anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, grief, and life transitions.
My background in working with couples and families also strengthens my work with individuals, as many personal struggles are deeply connected to our relationships with others.
Our first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brings you to counselling. We’ll explore your main concerns and begin to create a plan that fits your goals. After that, our sessions will focus on working through the things that matter most to you, at your pace, and in a way that feels supportive and collaborative.
I do this work because it’s deeply meaningful to me. I love seeing people heal, grow, and feel more empowered in their lives. Supporting people through their struggles and into greater wholeness is something I feel honoured to be part of—and I’m continually inspired by the strength, courage, and resilience of the people I work with.
