Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a core approach in my counselling work. It is an evidence-based approach that is used to help couples, families, and individuals.
Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) is based on attachment science and focuses on helping you grow greater emotional awareness and strength—what we call emotional fitness. EFIT supports you in understanding and working through internal challenges so you can feel more balanced, connected, and empowered in your life and relationships.
